Preferential Procurement Policy Framework

Our Constitution mandates that fairness, equity, transparency, competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness are the essential guiding principles for all public procurement activities in South Africa.

The Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) regulates the procurement policies and frameworks of organs of the State. It enhances the participation of Historically Disadvantaged Individuals and small, medium and micro enterprises in the public-sector procurement system.

Our advisory services

In the public sector, we specialise in shaping and executing fair tender processes that adhere to the principles of the Constitution. On the private sector front, we advise clients involved in procuring goods and services from government entities, assisting them in contesting tender procedures that do not align with constitutional standards.

We’ve achieved notable success in providing guidance to clients from both the public and private sectors, navigating the intricate landscape of public procurement regulations. Furthermore, we offer advice to corporate clients and government entities regarding the interpretation and application of relevant laws and administrative actions.
