Construction: Collapse of Structure

We are advise Hirt and Carter (a printed media group) on issues arising from the collapse of a temporary scaffolding structure erected at a Linkin Park concert held in Cape Town. H&C was cited as one of several parties held prima facie responsible for the death of an individual when the scaffolding structure collapsed. We have been instructed to bring proceedings to set aside the inquest findings. We are also defending summonses brought by eight people injured in the collapse.
