We advise BAIC Automotive SA (Pty) Ltd (parent company Chinese) on rights with regard to EPC contract with Beijing Industrial Design and Researching Institute Co. Ltd of China and draft comprehensive notice to correct by Employer. Also drafted section 37(2) mandatary agreement.
