Wendy Rosenberg is a Director and the Head of Digital Media, Media & Electronic Communications practice area. Wendy has deep familiarity with media and communications law and has provided extensive media and communications regulatory and related advice in numerous jurisdictions in Africa (including multi-jurisdictional and pan-African matters), with a particular focus on Angola; Botswana; Ghana; Kenya; Lesotho; Mauritius; Mozambique; Namibia; Nigeria; Seychelles; Swaziland; Tanzania; Zanzibar; and Zimbabwe. Wendy has authored articles on various topics, including the chapter on Internet and E‑commerce patents in Cyberlaw@SA, R. Buys, 2nd edition, 2004.
