Vuyo Khathide is an Associate  in the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Department.  He holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria. After completing his LLB Vuyo joined a prominent law firm in Pretoria where he completed his articles, subsequent to his admission he joined a boutique law firm in the Johannesburg area. He advises on a wide array of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of corporate entities and due diligence investigations. In addition to his experience in commercial transactions Vuyo has experience in commercial dispute resolution.
