Tsele Moloi is a Senior Associate in the Construction & Engineering and Infrastructure & Energy practice areas. His background is primarily in dispute resolution proceedings within the construction and engineering law sectors. Within these sectors he has extensive experience assisting clients under the standard form construction contracts – FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC but also including bespoke contracts. His has gained experience in both local and international (SADC) dispute resolutions proceedings.
In addition to the above experience, Tsele’s dispute resolution experience also includes general commercial and/or civil litigation acting for clients both in the public and private sector (contractors and subcontractors) in the High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal.
Tsele was involved in the Department of Labour's Section 32 inquiries relating to the Tongaat Mall Collapse in Durban representing the engineer and the Grayston Drive Pedestrian Bridge collapse in Johannesburg representing the principal contractor. International arbitration proceedings in Botswana and Zimbabwe on behalf of a multinational construction and mining house, respectively. Various local adjudications and arbitrations on behalf of contractors and subcontractors.
