Thomas Karberg is an  Associate and advises on various administrative and constitutional law matters relating to state procurement, mining and environmental matters, and B-BBEE. He is well-acquainted with all aspects of land reform, restitution, and tenure, including evictions, labour tenant matters, relocations, expropriation, land claims, and informal land rights.
