Thomas Karberg is an  Associate and advises on various administrative and constitutional law matters relating to state procurement, mining and environmental matters, and B-BBEE. He is well-acquainted with all aspects of land reform, restitution, and tenure, including evictions, labour tenant matters, relocations, expropriation, land claims, and informal land rights. He also advises on general dispute resolution and litigation.
