Tebogo Sibidla is a Director in the Media, Communications & Technology as well as the Data Privacy practice areas, specialising in media and communications regulatory and competition law. This includes licensing and regulation of audio and audiovisual broadcasting services; broadcasting signal distribution; lotteries and gambling law (including interactive gambling); data protection and privacy; and electronic communications and transactions. Tebogo also advises in respect of document retention, interception and monitoring; litigation and dispute resolution; consumer protection; promotional competitions; and administrative and constitutional law. She holds an LLB, a Certificate in Advanced Broadcasting Law and a Certificate in Competition Law, all from the University of the Witwatersrand.
