Tania Volschenk is a Senior Associate in the Environmental Law and Property & Real Estate practice areas. She specialises in property development; land use planning, and environmental and heritage law. A registered Professional Town Planner, Tania is also experienced in all town planning-related matters, i.e. rezoning and subdivision applications; environmental impact and basic assessments; township development; property commercial law; and the drafting of property-related agreements. She also advises on due diligence investigations; lease agreements; commercial property transactions; and sale and purchase agreements.
