Raisah Mahomed is an Associate in the Competition (antitrust) practice area specialising in all litigious and non-litigious/advisory aspects of competition law, including contested and uncontested merger approvals; cartels, abuse of dominance and other prohibited practices investigations; interim relief proceedings; and compliance. Raisah has advised clients in cases covering, inter alia, the following industries: mining, automotive, telecommunications and banking/financial services. Raisah has also advised on merger filing requirements in African jurisdictions outside of South Africa, including the regional COMESA competition regime.
