Director Rael Gootkin provides expert legal advice in the Dispute Resolution; Insolvency, Business Rescue & Restructuring; and Property & Real Estate practice areas. He specialises in banking litigation; factoring agreements; perfecting notarial bonds and other forms of security; landlord and tenant disputes; and in settling partnership and shareholders disputes.
