Director Peter Mosebo is an experienced Labour & Employment lawyer, able to advise on investigations relating to procurement procedures; investigations relating to sexual harassment; and investigations relating to general misconduct. Peter is also a highly-skilled specialist in personal appearances in the Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court. He also advises in matters in respect of the CCMA and Bargaining Councils; initiation; prosecution and presiding in internal disciplinary inquiries and appeals; and drafting opinions and advices in all aspects of labour and employment law.
