• Assisting an entity listed on the JSE establish an executive retention scheme which required Nikhil to draft the applicable transaction documentation as well as coordinating efforts between the applicable listed entity's sponsor, the listed entity and certain material shareholders, from time to time;
• Advising a local private equity entity in introducing a management share incentive scheme involving a notional debt structure; and
• Advising Mylan South Africa Proprietary Limited (a local affiliate of a multinational pharmaceutical company presently listed on the NASDAQ) in acquiring a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility from Ascendis Health Limited (a public entity listed on the JSE).
