Ncumisa is an associate in the Employment practice area with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. She holds a Bcom Law as well as an LLB degree, both from the University of Witwatersrand and is currently  advancing her expertise  with a PGDip in Advanced Labour Law from the same institution.

Ncumisa’s legal acumen is particularly strong in Labour Law and General Litigation, as well as the intricate task of  conducting forensic and UIFW reports for municipal entities. Her diverse  experience also extends to family, property and refugee law.

In her robust practice, Ncumisa has skillfully initiated disciplinary proceedings, represented clients at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court and High Court. She  is proficient in drafting pleadings and opinions, and has successfully managed urgent applications against municipalities, both instituting and defending.
