Natalie Scott is a Director and head of the Sustainability practice area. She also practices in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, Technology & Innovation, Mining & Resources and Healthcare & Life Sciences practice areas.

Her areas of specialisation include fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, artificial intelligence, sustainability linked loans, acquisition and leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial markets, syndicated financing and structuring, corporate finance, securities lending, healthcare, project and limited recourse financing and financial services regulation.

  • Universal Coal and Energy Holdings South Africa Proprietary Limited and its subsidiaries in respect of a senior secured facility provided by Standard Bank
  • Hear Com (as South African counsel) in respect of its group restructuring
  • ClearCourse Partnership AquireCo Finance Limited (as South African counsel) in respect of its acquisition of Eworks Manager Limited and Eworks Manager Proprietary Limited
