Luke Magerman is an Associate in the Tax practice area. He holds a BComm (law) as well as an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch, where he received distinctions for multiple subjects and graduated with his LLB with distinction. He has experience and has advised on international and domestic corporate taxation (including corporate reorganisations, mergers and cross-border tax advisory), funding and financial services, international and domestic trusts and estate planning, all stages of tax dispute resolution (including alternative dispute resolution, settlements and tax litigation), withholding taxes and employees’ tax.
