Kyle Changlrayn is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance and Private Equity practice areas. He completed his LLB degree at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (Howard College). After obtaining his LLB degree, Kyle joined The Standard Bank of South Africa on their graduate programme from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, Kyle commenced his articles with a global law firm and was subsequently retained in the Banking and Finance team in 2020 before joining Werksmans in 2021. Kyle obtained experience in Commercial Law; Banking Law; and Structured Trade and Commodity Finance working on various cross border transactions.
