Kathleen Louw is a director at Werksmans Attorneys in the firm’s dispute resolution department. Kathleen specialises in contractual disputes, arbitration and international litigation. She has experience in the regulatory fields of various sectors, including financial services and mining and has represented clients in their engagements with regulators (specifically the Department of Mineral Resources) on various matters. Kathleen has experience in mining litigation, specifically in relation to internal appeals, reviews and mandamus applications. Kathleen has acted for industry leaders in the mining, retail and transport sectors of the economy. She has been involved in a number of high-profile matters over the years in her area of specialty in the context of both arbitration and court proceedings.

  • a company that facilities the housing of cellular and wireless, radio and television broadcast, microwave and two-way radio communications equipment in respect of their multi-tenant leasing model, specifically in relation to commercial lease disputes.
