Emma de Doncker is a Senior Associate in the Insolvency & Business Rescue practice area. Emma has experience in Regulatory and Compliance Matters in the Digital Media and Electronic Communications practice area and advises on dispute resolution, insolvency, business rescue and restructuring, liquidations and sequestrations. She holds an LLB from the University of Cape Town.
