Danielle Hertz is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice areas. Dani advises on shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, unlawful competition, and mining-related disputes. She holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, where she was on the Dean’s List consecutively from first to third-year LLB and graduated with distinction.

  • Representing Gauteng Provincial Government in an insurance claim against Zurich Insurance Company South Africa Limited.  The estimated quantum of this claim is in the region of R2.7 billion and arises from damage sustained to a portion of the Gautrain tunnel.
