Daniela Pisanti is a Director in the Disputes practice area. She specialises in High Court litigation; arbitration and alternative dispute resolution; unlawful competition (including the enforcement of restraint of trade agreements); Anton Piller applications (search and seizure applications); corporate fraud; and general contract dispute resolution. Daniela obtained her LLB and BCom (Marketing and Law) from the University of the Witwatersrand and has been a Director at Werksmans since 2016.
