  • Member of the team that advised Net1 on the acquisition of a 100% shareholding in the Connect Group for an aggregate consideration of ZAR 3.7 billion.  
  • Member of the team that advised Agile Capital and its BEE consortium partner in their acquisition of interest in the Spill Tech group as part of Spill Tech's BEE transaction pursuant to the acquisition of the Spill Tech group by Séché Environment.
