Chiara Ferri is an Associate in the Banking & Finance, Corporate M&A and Insolvency & Business Rescue practice areas. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Law and Politics, as well as an LLB degree from the University of Cape Town. She was on the Dean’s List for four consecutive years and was invited to be a member of the Golden Key Society, being in the top 15% of her year.
Chiara has experience in competition litigation, mergers and acquisition filings, competition research and opinion writing, as well as experience in regulation, including advising on data privacy and cybercrime matters.
