Senior Associate Bronwyn Parker advises across five practice areas: Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions; Environmental Law; Infrastructure, Energy & Projects; Land Restitution & Tenure; and Mining & Resources. She specialises in the all Environmental Management Acts; administrative law; land use planning law; water law; mining law; heritage legislation; and renewable energy projects. Bronwyn is an environmental legal advisor to some of the top 40 JSE-listed businesses, and legal advisor on all environmental legal matters for a NYSE-listed mining entity. She also advises on Environmental Compliance Evaluation Audits for ISO 14001 Accreditation; license to operate processes; administrative appeals involving environmental management Acts; and environmental due diligences.

  • Provided legal advice and environmental management services to numerous National Key Point Developments, such as Medupi, Sere wind farm and Ankerlig OCGT;
  • Public consultation and mediation chair on various environmental forums during the impact assessment processes;
  • Project facilitator and impact assessment manager for an inter-continental niobium mining project;
  • Environmental Legal input on various mergers and acquisitions in the mining, industrial and infrastructure space; and
  • Drafting of mining agreements.
