  • Advised the independent board of directors of Kagiso Media Limited (KGM) in the scheme of arrangement in terms of which Kagiso Tiso Holdings, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired the entire issued share capital of KGM not already owned by Kagiso Tiso Holdings from the shareholders of KGM
  • Advised Vunani Capital in relation to the acquisition of Fairheads Beneficiary Services (one of Southern Africa's leading independent service provider of beneficiary funds and umbrella trusts for retirement funds)
  • Advised Dangote Industries Limited on the acquisition of Sephaku Cement (Proprietary) Limited from Sephaku Limited
