He specialises in business rescue; structuring of offers of compromise; work-outs and arrangements; winding up procedures; debtor and insolvency recovery actions; and dispute resolutions. Brendan holds a BA LLB from the University of Cape Town and has been a Director at Werksmans since 2012.
