Director Bradley Workman-Davies has been with the firm since 2009, advising in the Business Crimes & Investigations and Labour & Employment practice areas. His areas of specialisation include employment law; pension law; health and safety law; commercial employment; and South African labour law. Bradley holds Higher Diplomas in Company Law and Labour Law (both cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand. In October 2007, his article entitled “The right of employers to dismiss employees in the context of business transfers – an analysis of the automatically unfair dismissal provisions of the Labour Relations Act” was published in the Industrial Law Journal.
