ABOUT

Bafana Ntuli joined Werksmans as a Candidate Attorney in 2013 and became an Associate in 2015, advising in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice area. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions; negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts; black economic empowerment structuring transactions; corporate governance issues; trusts and trust administration; and due diligence investigations. Bafana was president of the Golden Key International Honour Society (University of Johannesburg) in 2011 and is co-head of the Investec Limited Corporate Social Investment alumni committee (2014 – present).
