Advised Investec Property Fund Limited in relation to the establishment of Izandla Property Fund Proprietary Limited (a black controlled property fund).
Advised Southern Palace Group of Companies Proprietary Limited in relation to the acquisition of the Murray & Roberts Infrastructure & Building Platform business for a consideration of R314 million.
Advised Phembani Group Proprietary limited in relation to the merger with various entities controlled by Shanduka Group Proprietary Limited with a collective net asset value in excess of R10 billion.
Advised RMB Corvest Proprietary Limited in relation to various buy-outs and buy-ins.
Advised the Sharks Proprietary Limited and existing shareholders in relation to the acquisition of a controlling stake in The Sharks Proprietary Limited by an American-based consortium, MVM Holdings LLC.
