  • Advised Blue Label Telecoms Limited in respect of the recapitalization and restructuring of Cell C Limited.
  • Advised Blue Label Telecoms Limited in respect of the sale of Blue Label Mobile Group Proprietary Limited and 3G Mobile Proprietary Limited for a combined consideration of approximately R1 billion.
  • Advised Southern Palace Group of Companies Proprietary Limited in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Genrec Engineering Proprietary Limited for a consideration of approximately R185 million.
  • Advised Investec Property Fund Limited in relation to the establishment of Izandla Property Fund Proprietary Limited (a black controlled property fund).
  • Advised Southern Palace Group of Companies Proprietary Limited in relation to the acquisition of the Murray & Roberts Infrastructure & Building Platform business for a consideration of R314 million.
  • Advised Phembani Group Proprietary limited in relation to the merger with various entities controlled by Shanduka Group Proprietary Limited with a collective net asset value in excess of R10 billion.
  • Advised RMB Corvest Proprietary Limited in relation to various buy-outs and buy-ins.
  • Advised the Sharks Proprietary Limited and existing shareholders in relation to the acquisition of a controlling stake in The Sharks Proprietary Limited by an  American-based consortium, MVM Holdings LLC.
  • Advised Umoya Capital Partners (a black owned and managed private investment company) in relation to various acquisition transactions.
  • Advised Kasada Capital Management Proprietary Limited (a real estate private equity company) in relation to various acquisition transactions.
