ABOUT

Adelle du Plessis is an Associate in the Tax practice, providing tax and exchange control advice on a range of tax and estate planning matters, with a specific focus on emigrations from South Africa as well as establishing and funding offshore trust and company structures. She has a history working in the private client industry, specifically with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families. She also assists clients with drafting wills, trust deeds, donation agreements and loan agreements. Adelle holds a LLB from the University of Stellenbosch and is due to complete her LLM in Taxation at the University of Cape Town in June 2023.
