Aarthi is a Director in the Banking & Finance and Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice areas.   • Acted as South African legal advisor to Royal Bank of Canada (Channel Islands) Limited in relation to South African security package in respect of a £50,000,000 loan;
  • Represented Glencore Operations (South Africa) Proprietary Limited in respect of a US$180,000,000 facility;
  • Co-author of the article "Concourt ruling means a sea change for banks and other lenders" published in The Times, Legal (May 2015);
  • Seconded to Investec Bank Limited (Corporate and Institutional Banking division).
