ABOUT

Leratorato Madiba is an Associate in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Department. She holds a BA Law degree, where she majored in International Relations, and obtained her LLB degree (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria. In her first year of articles, Leratorato spent a year in the Land Reform Practice Area, where she gained experience in land reform, restitution, tenure, evictions, labour tenant matters, land claims, relocation’s, mining and environmental matters and general dispute resolution and litigation. As an associate in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Department, Leratorato focuses on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, broad-based black empowerment ownership transactions, due diligence investigations and general corporate governance.
