BUSINESS RESCUE IN 2017 – WHERE ARE WE? Book Launch & Panel Discussion

Business rescue has become commonplace in South Africa and remains a robust and highly creative procedure for rescuing financially distressed companies. The ability to give a “failing company” a second chance has become a refreshing option, especially when one considers the benefits of business rescue which includes creditor compromises, job preservation, and the ability to save the company and allow it to continue trading in the South African economy. Business rescue certainly provides a far better outcome than were the company to be placed into liquidation.

Coinciding with the launch of Dr. Eric Levenstein’s book, “South African Business Rescue Procedure” (published with LexisNexis), Werksmans Attorneys and LexisNexis invite you to a panel discussion with well-reputed experts in the field of business rescue.
